"band t-shirt"

Back home in Stockholm I work at Beyond Retro, a vintage store.  

Costumer (young lady presumably born in the 90's): Hello, do you have any band t-shirts?

Me: Yes, what band are you looking for?

Costumer: Oh, it doesn't matter, I would just like to have a "band t-shirt".
